As we exercise, we may forget why we are doing what we're doing. That's
ok! Now is the PERFECT time to reset our minds and refocus our sights.
Take some time to buy a few magazines. Relax in a cafe over a
cappuccino and look at the new spring fashions. In your mind, slip into
that new dresses, blouses and slacks. Will those shoes suit you? What do
you think of the colors? Let your mind wander, and think about how you
plan to give your appearance a new touch in the coming weeks.
